PAYING ON AN AVANTI KIOSK
WITH CASH
Please note, some of our Avanti Kiosks do not support cash payment.
• Create an account by scanning a new Market Card next to the kiosk and clicking “GET STARTED”
• Enter your information, making sure to provide your email in case of issues & for promotion alerts
• Insert money to add to your account
• Scan the items you’d like
• Scan your market card

WITH CREDIT OR DEBIT

• Scan the items you’d like
• Insert your credit or debit card
PAYING ON A 365 KIOSK

• Create an account by clicking “CREATE ACCOUNT”
• Enter your information, making sure to provide your email in case of issues & for promotion alerts
• Scan a new Market Card and select “FUND BY: CASH”
• Insert money to add to your account
• Scan the items you’d like
• Scan your market card

WITH CREDIT OR DEBIT
• Scan the items you’d like
• Insert your credit or debit card

WITH PAYROLL DEDUCT
Please note, funds will be taken from an existing market account before taken from the payroll deduct program.
• Enroll in the Payroll Deduct Program with your HR department
•Scan the items you’d like
•Select the “ACCOUNT” payment method and tap or scan your badge

• Enter your information, making sure to provide your email in case of issues & for promotion alerts
• Insert money to add to your account

• Select Checkout and Pay with Debit/Credit Card
• Insert your credit or debit card

GIFT VOUCHER INSTRUCTIONS

Please note, all accounts transferred over from the old kiosk system have PINs set to 123456 unless manually changed. These vouchers must be added to an existing account and cannot be used on their own to pay.
1. Log into your market account at the kiosk by scanning your market card or signing in with your email or phone number
2. Select “ATTACH ADDITIONAL CARD”
3. Type in your email/ phone number and PIN
4. Scan the voucher barcode and funds will be added to your account
PAYING ON A CANTALOUPE SMART MARKET
Please note, cash and market account not accepted. Credit or debit card payments only.
1. Scan your card to unlock the door
2. Select your desired items
3. Close the door to lock
4. Your card will only be charged for the items that were taken

HOW TO RELOAD YOUR ACCOUNT WITH CASH?

Simply scan your account barcode, add money and print or email your receipt.

HOW TO CHECK OUT WHEN ITEM WON'T SCAN?

Tap START MY ORDER, select SEARCH BY PRODUCT CODE, then type in the code, including first number to the left.

HOW TO PURCHASE AN ITEM WITHOUT A BARCODE?

Select FIND ITEMS WITHOUT SCANCODE and choose from the on-screen options.

MY CARD IS LOST/STOLEN. HOW DO I GET HELP?

HOW TO PAY WITH MARKET/VENDING/CANTEEN BUCKS?

Simply present your Market, Vending or Canteen Bucks the same as you would cash.

HOW TO LINK YOUR MARKET ACCOUNT TO THE 365 APP?

Download the 365Pay app, open the app, select CREATE ACCOUNT and tap GOT IT. Choose LINK EXISTING ACCOUNT and select a method to connect your account: scan QR code, scan Market Card, or manually enter the email and PIN you use at the kiosk.

HOW TO REDEEM A PROMO CODE WITH USCONNECT?

You must have a USConnect account or card to redeem a voucher. At the KIOSK, scan your card, select ADD PROMO CODE, then type in the code or scan the barcode. On the USCONNECT APP, log in, go to REDEEM PROMOTION, type in the code and tap REDEEM. On USCONNECTME.COM, log in, select REDEEM PROMO CODE, type in the code and click APPLY.
